Then they can answer all of your questions in an easy way to understand.
I thought I would share some of the customer reviews that have been posted on our dealership website. These are reviews from women who came to our dealership and were helped by our saleswomen. Are you unsure about buying a car through a female auto-buying program? Read these reviews and be reassured that our saleswomen know how to help you buy a car.
This first review is from a New Jersey woman named Donna:
When I heard about the “Rent 2 Own” auto program that Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall dealership in Neptune was offering on TV, I was hesitant to call. Having terrible credit, I was not treated nicely by two prior NJ dealerships that promised me the world. Fighting through my hesitation, I called Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall and spoke with Michelle. From the time I spoke with Michelle on the phone to the time I drove my new car off the lot, I was treated with such respect… I was not used to this with my credit problem. With $600 down, a percentage of your monthly car payment going towards your down payment and being placed by Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall in a free credit restoration program, it is a WIN-WIN situation. I still can’t believe I have found a dealership where there are no GIMMICKS. Just nice, honest people that want to help you. Thank you Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall in Neptune for giving me the chance to improve my credit and still drive a new car. YOU ARE THE BEST.
Here is a review from a mom named Marsha. Her young son was actually the one shopping for a car, and after he had made his choice, Marsha was the one who bought the car for him.
For the last week, my 19-year-old son Justin has visited the showroom many times—he loved the Optima SX on display there.
Joann, his sales rep, was marvelous…She did not get impatient with him nor did she tune him out, since he was only 19—she answered all of his questions on each and every visit, and worked with him every time he went into the showroom—she treated him with respect and kindness each and every time—and I truly admire her for these traits and her kindness.
On Saturday, I went into the showroom to purchase the car of Justin’s dreams, for Justin, and I had the MOST wonderful car buying experience…
I felt right at home, being a member of this wonderful Sansone Jr’s 66 Kia family.
I have high regards for the way your business is run and you should be VERY proud of the outstanding customer service that is offered there.

And last but not least, please read this great review from a woman named Susan, whose car had suffered serious hurricane damage. It is always good to have a trustworthy car dealership who can help you in emergency situations!
…I want you to know what a fabulous team of people you have working for you (Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall). It’s the main reason I came back to buy another Kia from you…
Hurricane Irene flooded my Kia Forte and my insurance company totaled my car. I was devastated. However, I knew I could try to replace my Kia with you. We walked into Kia and I was greeted by Cathy Traub who listened to my story and immediately started looking for a replacement… I had a new 2012 Kia Forte within 3 days and I drove it home without paying for it (yet) because my insurance check [hadn't] come in yet… This [was] the best car buying experience ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Let these stories reassure you: our team of women are here to help you. You will not face any uncomfortable situations, disrespect, or confusion. And if you are interested in becoming a car saleswoman yourself, stay tuned for when we are hiring!

Are you a New Jersey women ready to buy a car but somewhat intimidated by the process? In my very first post, published back on November 16, 2010, I announced the “Women Selling Cars to Women” program that I helped my husband start at his New Jersey car dealership (Sansone Jr.’s 66 Automall). He and I both firmly believe that there are certain situations in which women understand women in a way that men cannot; and in the case of selling cars, women have a special knack for knowing how to help other women buy new or used cars. This does not mean men cannot do it; it simply means it is often easier for women to do it. It is not discrimination in any way — only a more efficient method of helping women find the perfect cars they need.
Here is an interesting statement I found on the website called Telling It Like It Is. This statement was made by a woman who was sharing her experience of car shopping at dealerships where only men sold the cars:
The problem I have…is that, while women need to do their homework when looking to buy a car, costumer service at many (if not most) car dealerships are lacking basic communication skills when trying to sell cars to women in particular.
Research shows that women respond to marketing in different ways than men. Of course, we do; we are made completely different from men. For instance, a male consumer likes to have all the aspects of a car rattled off to him quickly, he usually understands the mechanics of cars very well already, and he does not necessarily notice or mind if the salesman is gruff or blunt. In fact, men usually prefer conversations to be short and to-the-point anyway. Female consumers, on the other hand, generally like to be able to ask a plethora of questions in order to thoroughly understand the car they are considering buying, and patience and courtesy really matter to them as they learn about the car. I would know; I am a woman. My husband and I are not the only ones who notice this need; read this quote from Car-Buy-Her.com:
How a woman is treated before and during her purchase is still a relevant concern that too few dealers have addressed… Women don’t want to be talked down to or made to feel incapable when they walk into a dealership. Today a large majority of women still feel uncomfortable and intimidated by the process of shopping for a car. How can dealerships begin shifting gears in a new direction, make significant changes and build a woman-friendly dealership? Develop a diversity program that includes the recruitment of and acceptance of female personnel.

One of our Giveaway a Day in the Month of May contest winners redeemed her Express Detail at our service department (Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall) this week. Afterward she posted this on my Facebook fan page and I wanted to share it with you:
Thank you so much for my express detail win from last month! i redeemed it today and I must say that for my first true experience with your dealership, I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism shown by all of your staff, as I wandered around both buildings while your service department shined up my car! During my vi…sit, I fell in love with the Orange Sportage! Had a wonderful experience speaking with Cathy, and rest assured, when I am ready to trade in, I will MOST DEFINITELY return! Later in the day I took my children to a “different” dealership that was closer to home so I could get their opinion of the car… and the staff there solidified my choice to return to you no matter what! I am extremely impressed with your dealership and the people you have working for you and can’t wait to return! thank you!
And here is my response back to her:
Brenda, I cannot thank you enough for sharing your experience. We really are working hard to make buying and servicing cars easy. Since my husband purchased the dealership from his father 1 1/2 years ago, we’ve been trying to hire friendl…y people who happen to sell and service cars. Paul and I are both so glad that you had a great experience. Give us a call, email or FB message any time when you’re ready to buy (or service your car). Have a great weekend and we hope your arm/shoulder heals quickly!
I also wanted to thank our service department, led by Andrew Garcia, as well as Kathy for being so helpful to Brenda, and all our customers. We truly have a great team, not to mention great customers!
