NEPTUNE, New Jersey (March 14, 2012) — Sansone Jr.’s 66 Automall has found a way to turn their business into Hope for Neptune families. Beginning this month, the dealership will partner with local non-profit agencies to give away free used cars!
Through the Hope for a Ride program, six organizations in Monmouth County will provide recommendations for families in need of a car, and who are otherwise self-sufficient. Paul Sansone Jr., together with his wife Christine, will then select a deserving family to receive a reliable used vehicle —compliments of Sansone Jr.’s 66 Automall. Sansone Jr. says, “These cars may have a few bumps and bruises, so they’re not necessarily something we would retail, but we will make sure they are mechanically sound. Recipients will only need a valid driver’s license and to insure the vehicle prior to taking possession of it.”
Recommendations will not be accepted at the dealership level directly. Those wishing to be considered should contact: Charity Kings, the Education Foundation of Neptune, the Neptune Township Police Department’s Youth Services Bureau, Interfaith Neighbors, the Faith-Based Initiative Group, Aslan Youth Ministries or the Mercy Center, to obtain a referral.
